Walt Disney's Cinderella, a beautiful animated film, a masterpiece! Thanks to hundereds of talented artists, one of those artists was Mary Blair.

Mary Blair is my idol and has inspired my life and my art. Her artistic style was simple, organic, emotive. And I believe that simplicity in life is the key to happiness. Cinderella is an excellent example of that. He lived in the most unpleasant circumstances yet all the while she remained positive.

"No matter how your heart is grieving,
If you keep on believing,
The dream that you wish will come true."

I hope you enjoy this latest addition to the "Retro Paper Dolls Collection!" :)

UPDATE: Fixed little details I wasn't happy with, completely redid the "mice" dress, and created more uniform "sparkles."

My trip to Disney World, I caught the fireworks show the first night we went, and that song was playing, I literally cried. It's totally been my mantra since childhood.
