Another Moulin Rouge cartoon of my favorite song in the movie: "El Tango De Roxanne" Once again colored with Twistables at my friends house!

Summary: Christian is thinking of Satine with the Duke in the tower. The Duke is crazy...i repeat CRAZY (See swirly eyes) for Satine, but she loves Christian!! The Moulin Rouge sign in the corner and Windmill. People dancing the tango in the middle.
